All users of Fit Servers services are expected to comply with the following acceptable use policies. Fit Servers reserves the right to modify these policies at any time, and updates will be published in here.Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the AUP to ensure adherence to the most recent version. Introduction
The following Acceptable Use Policies outline acceptable conduct when using Fit Servers's services and the actions Fit Servers may take in response to any misuse of the services, with or without prior notice. These policies are derived from applicable laws and generally accepted Internet conduct standards, aiming to safeguard Fit Servers's technical resources, maintain the provision of high-quality services, and uphold its reputation. Users are expected to abide by the following AUPs:
Know Your Customer (KYC) & Order Verification
To ensure the security and integrity of our network, Fit Servers strictly enforces a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy for all accounts. We welcome customers globally, including Russia, but mandate accurate verification details during onboarding:
- Required Data: You must provide your authentic full name, email address, phone number, physical address, country, and postal code. We highly respect your privacy; this data is used exclusively for internal verification and will never be sold or leaked to third parties.
- VPN Restrictions: Using a VPN or proxy during the ordering process is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic order rejection.
- Verification Failure: If fake or inaccurate information is detected, you will be given one final opportunity to correct it. Refusal or failure to provide accurate KYC data will result in an immediate account ban and frozen services.
- Refund Policy on KYC Bans: If your account is banned due to a failed KYC verification, payments made via Visa,Mastercard or AMEX are eligible for a refund. However, any payments made using Bitcoin,USTD are strictly non-refundable.

Security
- The use of the service is at the user's own risk.
- Users are responsible for the files and data transferred, including maintaining appropriate backups of files and data stored on Fit Servers’s infrastructure.
- Users are accountable for all activities conducted through their accounts, ensuring password security, confidentiality, and correct file protections.
- In case of lost, stolen, or compromised passwords, Fit Servers will suspend access or alter account access upon user notification. Fit Servers is not liable for any usage or charges before notification and account alteration.
- While Fit Servers endeavors to make email as secure as possible, users should acknowledge that no computer network is entirely immune to intrusion. Email communication may pass through multiple networks and should not be considered entirely secure unless encrypted, and even then, its security is reliant on the encryption method used.
- Non-Transferability of Account - Usage rights for Fit Servers’s accounts are explicitly limited to the named client on the SOF and are non-transferable.

Unacceptable Conduct
- The following behaviors constitute unacceptable conduct by users and may lead to immediate service suspension pending investigation by Fit Servers, potentially resulting in termination without refunds for all user accounts found in violation. Users are responsible for the actions of their business relationships, ensuring immediate cessation of non-compliant actions or disassociation. Continual violations by a user's business relationships may lead Fit Servers to terminate the user relationship without refunds.
- Unacceptable conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Spamming or Harassment: Posting excessively to newsgroups, sending unsolicited mass emails, or engaging in any abusive or harassing behavior on the Internet.
- Unauthorized promotions: Engaging in practices to draw attention to a website housed within Fit Servers’s networks from a provider other than Fit Servers, leading to abuse or harassment.
- Intellectual property infringement: Transmittal or distribution of copyrighted material, software, or proprietary information without necessary rights or permissions.
- Network Unfriendly or Illegal Activity: Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other systems, interfere with network workings, or violate local, state, U.S., or international laws.

Export Control Violations
Exporting encryption software outside the U.S. via the Internet or any other means is prohibited.

Violation of Fit Servers Policy
- Removal or bypassing of Fit Servers’s identification on any page hosted on its servers is prohibited.
- Displaying, selling, or transferring materials violating copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights is prohibited.
- Operating accounts in connection with individuals or firms listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) is prohibited.

Compliance with Rules of Other Networks
Accessing other networks connected to Fit Servers’s services must comply with the rules of those networks and Fit Servers's policies.

Monitoring/Privacy
Fit Servers reserves the right to monitor all communications through its facilities for compliance with this AUP and Fit Servers’s Terms and Conditions. No expectation of privacy is granted.

Cooperation with Authorities
Fit Servers cooperates with law enforcement to investigate illegal activities, including illegal material transfer, threats, or other unlawful activities.

Confidentiality of Personal Subscriber Information
Fit Servers will not release user or client Personally Identifiable Information (PII) except upon presentation of a valid court order or legal requirement. Users agree to Fit Servers’s judgment regarding the validity of such requests.
